With its great flexibility in space, size, set-up, services, and intangibles, The Legacy Event Center can accommodate a wide range of community events such as:

• fundraisers,
• school banquets,
• church banquets,
• celebration luncheons,
• classes, and
• organization meetings.

The facility provides comfortable yet elegant touches at every turn, from wireless internet access and audio/visual options--including microphone, projector, and screen--to versatile areas and beautiful decor.

Want an interactive setting? Our state-of-the-art Board Room seats up to 100 with flexibility as either a classroom or board of directors-style configuration. The room features a sound system, audio/visual equipment, internet access, and a built-in coffee bar with an outside door leading to the parking lot for easy access for caterers.

Talkington Hall can be transformed from a sanctuary or performance-type setting to an elegant banquet space for 250 complete with a stage, podium, and audio/visual accessibility. Additional seating in the balcony enables the space to seat up to 400.

The Ballroom and Parlor make an ideal setting for larger groups attending a luncheon, seminar, or speaker event, with space for up to 250 seated and a large stage in the Ballroom combined with the atmosphere of the spacious Parlor complete with a working fireplace that makes a serving line or reception especially cozy. The Atrium also is ideal for a serving line and is adjacent to the caterer’s area.

With the grand hallways exquisitely decorated with fine art providing great mingling areas, the Parlor or Atrium offering seating for up to 50, as well as other smaller meeting spaces, The Legacy has an excellent setting for your community event.
